If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward process for returns and refunds, subject to the terms outlined below.


1. Returns Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Photographs of the product (if applicable), especially if there is a defect or damage.
  2. Return Authorization:

  3. Prepare the Product for Return:
    Please return the product in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with it. Items that are returned used, damaged, or without original packaging may be subject to partial refunds or no refund at all.

2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, please note the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • The product must be in unused, unwashed, and resellable condition.
    • Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Products:
    If your product is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, as per your preference. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged product.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items such as glasses with broken seals, or glasses that have been worn or exposed to damage, cannot be returned. Please ensure that you inspect the product carefully upon receiving it.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Conditions:
    • Full refunds are available for unused, undamaged items returned in their original condition.
    • If a product is returned after 30 days or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued.
    • If a product is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale (e.g., signs of heavy use, missing packaging), no refund will be issued.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, you will need to initiate a return for a refund and then place a new order.

  • Restocking Fee:
